Founded in 2020 by Wilcose Wafula (teacher) and Jackline Nyongesa (clinician), Leaders Education Complex began with 24 vulnerable children in Kakamega County, Kenya.
Our mission is to provide holistic education that nurtures future leaders of integrity from orphaned, abandoned, and economically challenged backgrounds.

We provide comprehensive support addressing mind, body, and spirit
Quality education following national curriculum, with our first Grade 6 cohort completing exams in 2024.
Daily nutritious meals served in rain-protected dining area from extended kitchen.
New toilet block for health and dignity, plus a caring, secure environment for all children.
Our pioneer Grade 456 graduates need classrooms to continue to Grade 7 and 8. Foundations are laid, but construction requires funding.
